TA6 Form

A TA6 Form is also known as a Property Information Form, and it is completed by someone selling a residential property. The form is designed to provide as much information as possible to the buyer, and may include information on the following:

  • Boundaries
  • Disputes and complaints with neighbours
  • Notices and proposals
  • Alterations and planning
  • Guarantees and warranties
  • Council Tax
  • Environmental matters (such as flooding)
  • Formal and informal arrangements (e.g. shared use)
  • Details of any occupiers
  • Transaction information (e.g. is there a linked purchase)
  • Services (electricity, central heating, drainage and sewerage)
