Seller's Property Information Form (PIF)

Seller's Property Information Form (PIF) is the form that is filled in by the seller and provided to the buyer before exchange of contracts. It describes a range of useful details about the property. It can also be called the Seller’s Property Questionnaire.

The sort of information that would be covered in this form would be details of recent building work, information on boundaries, disputes with neighbours, etc.
