Reservation fee

A buyer will often have to pay a reservation fee in order to reserve a new-build plot at the agreed price for a fixed period of time, which is usually 28 days. The reservation fee will be deducted from the purchase price if you proceed to completion, but it is usually non-refundable if you decide not to proceed for any reason.

In-Deed's conveyancing solicitors are all very experienced in dealing with the legal side of buying new-builds. Desperate to get your solicitor assigned so you can get moving? Call us on 0800 038 6886 today!
