Off-plan

Buying off-plan means purchasing a new-build property based only on the plans and designs provided by the developer before it has started to be built.

It is essential, if you are intending to live in the property, that you are satisfied with the layout and dimensions of the house. If possible, visit a similar property on another development completed by the same builder before you commit to the purchase, so that you know what level of quality to expect and what sort of issues might arise.

In-Deed's experienced conveyancing solicitors are waiting to help guide you through the complexities of the legal side of your move. Get your quote here.
