Mortgage offer

When a lender agrees in writing to provide funds for a property purchase, they’re making a mortgage offer. Until the mortgage provider has given you an offer in writing, your conveyancing solicitor will not exchange contracts.

The offer will often contain certain conditions that must be satisfied before the mortgage is available. Your solicitor will write you a report to set out and explain the terms of the offer and any conditions that may be applied.

In-Deed's solicitors are able to represent you and the major lenders across the country, protecting you from being billed for the lender's legal costs. It makes sense to instruct a solicitor with In-Deed. Call us now on 0800 038 6886.
