Grant of representation

A grant of probate is the legal right given to an executor of a will, which allows them to sell a property on behalf of an owner, who has died, and to sort out their legal and financial affairs.

Until probate is granted, it is not possible to proceed with the sale of a property, for example, and it can often be difficult to predict how long things will be held up.

It helps to have an expert conveyancer on board if you're in this position. In-Deed's panel of solicitors regularly work with such situations, so why not give us a call on 0800 038 6886 and discuss your concerns and plans?
