Contract of sale

The contract of sale is the physical proof of the agreement between buyer and seller. You will be asked to sign this and return it to your In-Deed lawyer prior to the exchange of contracts.

Sadly, even in this digital age, it is not possible for your lawyer to accept a scanned copy (this is one of the few documents in the conveyancing process where this is the case) so you will need to post the original signed document.
