Boundaries

These describe the edges of the property, to show who owns what. They can be physically marked by fencing or hedges - they're also usually marked on Land Registry plans.

Sometimes a boundary may be disputed, for example by a neighbour, so this is something that can come up in searches.

It is often helpful to know who owns a boundary since the owner is also liable for its upkeep and repair, so if you are in doubt discuss with your lawyer.
