Back to back mortgage fraud

This is when someone gets multiple loans for the same home or property, meaning that the total amount borrowed is then much higher than the actual value of the property.

It is a crime. Mortgage providers will expect the lawyer who is 'acting for the lender' to carry out checks to make sure fraud is not a risk.
