The agreement (also known as the contract) between the buyer and seller including the purchase price, terms, and conditions necessary to both parties to convey the title to the buyer. You will be asked to sign this and return it to your In-Deed lawyer prior to the exchange of contracts. Sadly, even in this digital age, it is not possible for your lawyer to accept a scanned copy (this is one of the few documents in the conveyancing process where this is the case) so you will need to post the original signed document.
