If I do not complete, or my circumstances change, what happens to the £120 initial fee?

With In-Deed’s ‘no completion, no fee’ protection, you won’t have to pay any of the conveyancing solicitor’s fees, irrespective of how much conveyancing work has already been completed.

The initial fee of £120 that you paid to secure the fixed-fee quote can be transferred to your next transaction when you are ready to buy or sell another property.

If you want more advice as to what your options are in this situation, our team of conveyancing experts will be happy to talk to you on 0800 038 6886. Or, if you want to send us your query or concern, you can do so at moveteam@in-deed.net.
