My house sale and/or purchase has fallen through: What do I do now?

We are sorry to hear you were unsuccessful with your sale or purchase. Please notify your conveyancing solicitor by sending them a message, or by giving them a call.

If you are continuing to try and sell or buy a property, let them know and they will leave your account open. The small initial payment of £120 that secured the fixed-fee element of your quote can be transferred to your next transaction.

This means that if you have any legal questions or instruct on another sale/purchase, you will receive professional advice and work with the same conveyancing solicitor.
