Can you deal with the mortgage lender for my purchase?

Most lenders in the UK had hundreds, if not thousands, of law firms, who they agreed could act on behalf of the buyer/borrower and the bank or building society. This meant that most conveyancing firms would have been able to act for the purchase, and for the mortgage without issue.

However, a lot of these lenders have recently revised their mortgage process and now have very few firms across the UK, who can act on their behalf.

It is important to the successful and swift conclusion of your transaction that you instruct a conveyancing solicitor who can represent both you and the mortgage lender.

In-Deed is able to represent all lenders across England and Wales, thereby removing the need for you to pay the lender’s legal bill.
