How and when can I contact my conveyancing solicitor?

When you formally instruct with In-Deed, we will assign you an experienced and proactive conveyancing solicitor. Using the contact information you provided to us, we will send you an email that confirms your details (personal, information about the home and finances, and a breakdown of the fees), and your appointed solicitor’s contact details. We recommend that you store this email in a safe but readily accessible place so that you always have it to hand should you want to contact your solicitor.

The email will give you the conveyancer’s name, which firm they work for, the address of their office, and the contact numbers and email address.

Your conveyancing solicitor will be able to confirm when their specific business hours are, but these are usually 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. If you need to contact your solicitor outside these times, then please don’t hesitate to either call and leave a message, or send an email, and they will get back to you as soon as they can.

In-Deed, though, is available seven days a week, and, on most weekdays, until 20:00. So we provide additional assistance and support to you, working hard to keep your conveyancing transaction moving along. Please don’t hesitate to call one of our advisors on 0800 038 6886, or drop us an email at, and we will be happy to help you.
