TA10 Form

A TA10 Form is also known as a Fittings and Contents Form, and it is completed by someone selling a property. On the form, the seller sets out all the items that will be included in the sale of the property and the form will then become part of the sale contract. The seller, therefore, cannot remove these items prior to sale from the point of submitting the form.
